I’m your friendly neighborhood gender and sexuality educator, Sam Barnes. Right now, existing as a human in the world can be difficult. So much is changing so rapidly, and it can be confusing, concerning, and harrowing. But information is power, and knowledge is security.

What I know to be true

• Hatred stems from fear of the unknown, and can be defeated with knowledge

• Communities that embrace diversity thrive

•  Businesses that have diverse staff and can work with diverse communities have higher profits
